Redemption Terms & Conditions:
- Eligibility: This promotion is exclusively for Singapore residents. As proof of residency, you’ll need to present your Passport or IC copy during redemption for all passengers.
- Booking and Arrival Dates: To qualify for the redemption, you must book your trip between 1st July and 15th August 2023, and your arrival into Ko Samui should be between 1st July and 31st December 2023.
- E-ticket Requirements: You’ll need to provide E-ticket/s showing the date of issue as proof of your booking. The E-ticket/s must be issued (with a “confirmed” status) for arrivals into Ko Samui between 1st July and 31st December 2023.
- Redemption for All: Every adult and child (2 years old and above) in your booking is entitled to redeem a THB 500 Central shopping gift card. However, infants below 2 years old won’t be eligible for the redemption.
- One Card per Person: Each individual in your booking, regardless of the trip’s duration or other factors, can redeem only one Central shopping gift card.
- Redemption Venue and Hours: Head to the TAT Singapore Office located inside the Royal Thai Embassy, at 372 Orchard Road, Singapore 238870 (entrance via Claymore Road, opposite The Claymore condominium). You can redeem the gift card on weekdays, except Wednesdays, between 9.15 am to 11.45 am and 2.00 pm to 5.00 pm. Don’t miss out on this opportunity!
