From August 1, travellers will no longer be required to fill out the Traveller’s Card in MySejahtera app.

Khairy Jamaluddin, Malaysia’s Health Minister, said the removal of this requirement was intended to simplify entry procedures for travellers, as well as improve the health system’s current condition.

Travellers who just arrived in Malaysia from abroad should monitor their health status, comply with standard operating procedures and visit a nearby health facility if they are unwell, Khairy said.
